Who We Are
Sheila Talton has over 25 years of experience in helping companies increase value through technology. She is the President and CEO of SGT, Ltd. Services, a consultancy that focuses on building services to enhance product portfolios, and building innovation strategies utilizing technology. Sheila was formerly with Cisco, joining them in 2004 to head up the company’s consulting division as Vice President of Advisory Services within the Customer Advocacy Group, and was a co-founder of Customer Advocacy’s diversity initiative and a member of the Corporate Diversity Council. She then served as the first Global Officer for Cisco’s Customer Advocacy Group in China. As Vice President, Office of Globalization, Sheila was part of Cisco’s aggressive effort to focus on emerging markets worldwide.
